99Bikes Trade-In Program

The great people at 99Bikes have teamed up with Dismantle to offer a charitable trade-in program for customers! If you’re in the market for a new bike and have an old one that needs a bit of love, head in-store to 99Bikes to see how your upgrade can help WA’s at-risk young people in the process.

Dismantle recycles close to 1000 bikes are year, most destined for landfill. We use bike mechanics as an engaging way to connect with at-risk young people, so we can have better conversations on the tools while our youth workers-turned-bike mechanics spend 10 weeks with young people, building much more than bikes. Every program participant builds 2 bikes, the first is donated to Perth charities, the second they earn to keep.
